Founded by seasoned industry experts including Mahaveer Gupta, Kailash Chand Atoliya, and Shyam Sunder Jaju, RAS is a thriving platform that unites spice lovers, culinary enthusiasts, and chefs under a shared appreciation for Rajasthan’s culinary heritage.
Headquartered at the historic Mandore Mandi in Jodhpur, RAS hosts large-scale events that showcase the finest spices of Rajasthan. The association’s recent event brought together over 550 exhibitors, with representatives from more than 80 countries, creating a cultural exchange between India and the global culinary community.
