The well-known instant noodle brand ‘Maggi’ has experimented with several flavours in the market, including ‘Fanta Maggi’ and ‘Maggi Ice Cream.’ However, what made social media users recently engaged was a video which showed loose Maggi sold on a street cart like vegetables.
Maggi sold like vegetables on road
A street hawker is seen in the video pushing a street cart full of smashed, dry Maggi noodles. Although street carts have been seen selling fruits, vegetables, peanuts, and even namkeens, loose Maggi is a rare sight, as indicated by the comments section’s remarks. With over 41 million views, the viral video has become very popular.

A street cart full of loose Maggi noodles is shown in the opening scene of the video, which was posted on Instagram by @chatore_broothers, without any packaged product. After tossing the noodles into a weighing dish and adding a strip of masala package, the street vendor puts everything into a plastic bag.
Reacting over the video, social media users echoed that the Maggi sold this way must be expired. “This is expired Maggie please don’t use it,” one wrote, while another replied similarly “Factory waste???? Or expired???”
Commenting on the hygiene factor, a user wrote, “Dust flavour is free.” A meme-inspired funny comment read, “Maggi bechne ka Tarika thoda casual hai”
