Expensive watches worth Rs 3 crore stolen
In a daring heist, a group of 12 masked men robbed of luxury watches worth Rs 3 crore from a showroom in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The incident occurred on Saturday night at a showroom owned by Shyam Sunder Gupta, strategically located between two police outposts on CISF Road. Despite its location, the thieves managed to pack the entire stock of watches into five bags and escape within half an hour.

The crime, captured on CCTV cameras, has led to the suspension of two police officers—SHO Indirapuram Jitendra Dixit and Kanawani outpost in-charge Lal Chand Kanojia for negligence in duty. The swift and audacious theft has prompted the formation of 10 police teams to solve the case. Despite the close proximity to the police outposts, the culprits managed to evade capture, leaving law enforcement in a scramble to bring them to justice.
