Thomas Matthew Crooks, a 20-year-old guy who recently shot at former President Donald Trump during a rally in Pennsylvania, appeared in a 2022 advertisement for BlackRock Inc., the world’s largest money manager. The ad was filmed at Bethel Park High School in Pennsylvania, where Crooks studied in 2022.

BlackRock has removed the ad but said it will be with the authorities. Despite this, the ad is being widely shared on social media. The company condemned the assassination attempt, expressing relief that Trump was not seriously injured and extending thoughts to the innocent bystanders, especially the person who was killed.
