Tiago EV hatchback received a discreet redesign for 2024 from Tata Motors. Along with a few new additions, the automobile now sports Tata’s new 2D emblem. The price is still Rs 7.99 lakh to Rs 11.89 lakh (ex-showroom), regardless of these upgrades.
Tata Tiago EV gets fresh update without any price change
All of the 2024 Tata Tiago EV’s versions now come with some intriguing new features. The redesigned gear selection knob, which is now included in all hatchback models, is one prominent addition.
Additionally, Tata has chosen to use their sleek new 2D logo throughout the vehicle in place of the previous 3D logo, however the enhanced key 2D logo is only available on the top-tier XZ+ Tech Lux variant.
Apart from these modifications, all versions, beginning with the XZ+ variant, have a 45W front USB Type C charger and a pollen filter. An auto-dimming interior rear-view mirror is another feature available to buyers of the top-tier XZ+ Tech Lux model that will improve their overall driving experience.
For the Tiago EV’s battery, Tata Motors continues to offer two choices: a 19.2 kWh pack or a larger 24 kWh pack. The larger pack has a range of up to 315 kilometers, while the smaller one claims to travel up to 250 km on a single charge.
Additionally, the power of the electric motor varies according to the battery pack. The larger pack combines with a stronger 55 kW motor that produces 114 Nm of peak torque, while the 19.2 kWh pack paired with a 45-kW motor produces 105 Nm of peak torque.
