Global leaders in business and technology are scheduled to descend upon Jamnagar, Gujarat, from March 1–3, to celebrate the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, the daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant. Later this year, the couple plans to tie the knot in Mumbai.
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, Morgan Stanley CEO Ted Pick, Disney CEO Bob Iger, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, Adnoc CEO Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, and EL Rothschild chair Lynn Forester de Rothschild have been invited to attend the grand celebrations.

The couple’s pre-wedding festivities would give the guests a taste of India’s rich cultural history. Additionally, they will receive traditional scarves crafted by female craftsmen from Gujarati villages Kachchh and Lalpur.
Reliance Foundation shared a video on their Instagram account on Friday, showing Gujarati ladies selecting Bandhani scarves for wedding-related events. The video also features Nita Ambani, the creator and chairwoman of the Reliance Foundation, interacting with the craftspeople and expressing her joy at witnessing their dedication to their craft.
