The all-new Vantage from Aston Martin is available in India for a starting price of Rs 3.99 crore (ex-showroom). Aston Martin’s sport coupe, which was just released to the public a few months ago, has seen major cosmetic and interior redesigns. A new software platform and a redesigned dashboard are noteworthy changes.

In comparison to its predecessor, the new Aston Martin Vantage has an incredibly aggressive appearance. Its enormous front grille, which almost completely fills the bumper, is enhanced by additional intakes that are located at the bumper’s borders. The headlamps are rounder and bigger with a new three-piece LED DRL signature, and the bonnet has more prominent character lines. This style harmonizes with the DB12 and takes cues from the One-77 supercar.

The Vantage’s new cockpit layout, which was influenced by the DB12, is centered on refinement, connectivity, and engagement. The previous Vantage’s obsolete Mercedes-based software and cluttered interior design drew criticism. Updated software fixes these issues; it was originally observed in the DB12 and is currently available in the global DBX SUV.

The most recent Vantage model adopts an entirely new infotainment system that was created internally, breaking away from its prior Mercedes ties. It has a brand-new 10.25-inch touchscreen with personalized software that connects to a certain mobile app. It also has features like wireless smartphone mirroring, last-mile on-foot navigation, and 3D live mapping.

The biggest change is the noticeable boost in power for the V8 engine, which was initially taken from Mercedes-AMG. The engine still has a 4.0-liter capacity and twin-turbo setup, but it now produces an amazing 665 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque.

With this improvement, the new Vantage can now equal the speed of the departing V12 variant, moving from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and topping out at 325 km/h. The old V8 version, in contrast, produced 510 horsepower and 685 Nm, required half a second longer to accelerate from 0 to 100 mph, and could reach a maximum speed of 313 kmph. An automated torque converter transmission with eight speeds transfers power to the back wheels smoothly.
